With slightly over 1.8 million Instagram posts using the hashtag #newforest, the New Forest is Britain’s sixth most Instagrammable location. Known as “New Forest Ponies,” the national park is well-known for its distinctive collection of pony breeds. Its inclusion on this list is influenced by Instagram postings that show pony images alongside the park’s stunning scenery.
With 1.8 million Instagram posts using the hashtag #buckinghampalace, Buckingham Palace is the ninth most Instagrammable attraction in Britain. The residence of the sovereign queen was certain to be on this list because many of these posts honor the late Queen Elizabeth and include selfies in front of the gates.
With more than 1.2 million Instagram posts using the hashtag #snowdonia, Snowdonia is the ninth most Instagrammable place in Britain. Many of these images feature the mountainous area, with users posting selfies on the summits of the mountains as dawn breaks.
