The famous big man just spent a portion of his large deal on a crazy and opulent Bel-Air property that cost about $31 million.

Here’s a peek inside, courtesy of Robb Report:

Davis’ home was never put on the market, but documents show he paid exactly $31 million for his new residence and obtained a $20.1 million mortgage in the process. It goes without saying that this is a significant sum of money and is undoubtedly the highest price ever paid for a Bel Air Crest residence. However, the estate in question is also the biggest and most opulent in the entire neighborhood, boasting about 20,000 square feet of interior space and situated on a 3.5-acre promontory with views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island from a jetliner.

Admittedly, AD is leading a rather opulent lifestyle. The enormous property is equipped with every amenity imaginable. Really, it makes the ideal quarantine residence.

Davis is still trying to regain his health on the court. His attention is on positioning the Lakers to win another championship as the play-in tournament approaches.

We’ll monitor his performance on that task. However, he will at least have a lovely, lavish home to return to.
