Try it out in one of Dubai’s most lavish floating mansions, estimated to cost up to $3 million

Off the coast of Dubai, amid the pristine waters, is a cluster of islands known as “The Heart of Europe.” They are fictitious, scaled-down representations of actual European nations that are a part of the even larger island chain known as “The World.”

Richard Branson, appropriately, is the owner of the island that represents Great Britain.

 

To view the breathtaking renderings, scroll down.The $2.8 million Floating Seahorse is the result of more than 5,000 hours of research and 13,000 hours of design and engineering, according to design firm Kleindienst Group.

 

Before any Seahorses were even finished, the first models were put up for sale in 2015. According to Kleindienst, it sold about 60 Seahorses in 2015.

The master bedroom and bathroom will take up around 270 square feet of the underwater component’s internal space. Right outside the walls is a 46 square meter coral garden.Actual seahorses will be visible from homes as they dance in the Arabian Gulf, the animal’s natural habitat.
