Owning ‘lavishness and luxury’ mansion, Notorious B.I.G.’s legend Rapper 50 Cent is now on sale for only $2.9м making all players must bow off

Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent, eventually sold his sizable Connecticut mansion for $2.9 million. Home is located in Farmington, which is 80 kilometers away from Greenwich. According to Douglas Elliman, the company that is selling it, it offers more than 50,000 square feet of living space and is one of the few locations in the state where a chopper can land.

According to the description, the home is the pinnacle of “opulence and luxury” and boasts an indoor pool in addition to 19 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms.

A nightclub, an indoor basketball court, a number of game rooms, a green screen room, a recording studio, a full gym, a conference room, and a home theater are located on the property.

On its 17.6 acres of land, the mansion’s grounds include a pool, grotto, pond, basket-ball court, guesthouses, and lawns. The selling of the mansion was facilitated by Douglas Elliman employee Jennifer Leahy.

Selling the house hasn’t been simple. For a long time, 50 Cent has made a lot of effort to sell the compound. According to the Wall Street Journal, the selling price is 84% less than the price it was first listed for 12 years ago.

It was advertised on Zillow as a $100,000 per month rental before it was sold.

The proceeds from the sale of the home, according to a spokesperson for 50 Cent, will go to the G-Unity Foundation, the rapper’s charitable organization.

According to reports, boxing champion Mike Tyson sold the home to 50 Cent for $4.1 million in 2003.
