An expansive 9,680-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion for Jenner was staged by Meridith Baer, a well-known home stager and the owner of Meridith Baer mansion, who talked about her experience in the interview. In 2018, Jenner and Travis Scott bought the property for $13.5 million, then in October, it was put up for sale for $21.9 million.

We tried to capture Kylie’s love of blush and the nude colors she uses in her skincare line, said Baer. “Organic modern is the best way to define the overall look. A lot of the furniture has a really organic, calm, and basic feel about it. We combined a variety of distinctive pottery with bold, stunning works of art simultaneously.

Kim Kardashian’s older sister, Baer, who has previously designed homes for several members of Kylie’s family, including Kylie, stated that Jenner gave her the greatest creative freedom.

“What’s interesting is that they didn’t give us any orders. We were able to determine her preferences and taste. We were inspired by the hues and fashions she gravitates toward, making it a testament to her soul, according to Baer.

The home, which has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, is embellished with “subtle, soothing, and refined” features, according to Baer.

“Despite her own gorgeous persona, she is drawn to simplicity’s aesthetic appeal. We were really concerned that the house didn’t look staged,” explained Baer. Instead of staging an atmosphere, “our hallmark is creating a homey one.”

Notably, prior to Jenner and Scott’s purchase, Baer had staged the identical home for its former owners.

She recalled, “Back then, we were told to inject everything with glitz. “[Kylie] bought it and then, on her own accord, made it into a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.”

The rooms are enhanced with extravagant embellishments, as seen in elements like the deep-toned draperies and black coffee tables, in addition to the use of natural accents. Dark walls in the living room were something Baer really liked, calling it “moody.”

Every room has its own distinct personality, and I must admit that I like the atmosphere of the whole house, said Baer.

I could definitely see myself living in this house, she continued. It exudes an air of coziness, calm, and friendliness without being ostentatious.

The house, which is in a posh area and is hidden behind a gated road, went on the market four years after Jenner and Scott bought it together. The 1.1-acre property offers vistas of the Los Angeles skyline.

Open areas with floor to ceiling windows, imported stone, oak flooring, and contrasting accents are features of the home.

A tranquil backyard with a carefully planted garden, a resort-style pool, spa, built-in BBQ, and a leisure space is accessible through large sliding glass doors. A guest house and a three-car garage are also included.

After welcoming their first child, daughter Stormi Webster, in February 2018, Jenner and Scott split the costs of the house. The following February, they gave birth to a child.

According to a source who previously spoke with PEOPLE, Travis and Kylie’s new Beverly Hills home is breathtaking. While being modern, it radiates warmth. Additionally, the land has a great level of privacy.

“Kylie is a shrewd negotiator and an astute businesswoman,” the insider continued. She obtained a good deal because she wanted the house. She purchased it with Travis. Although it is largely an investment, it appears they also want to live there.
