Disover Nicki Minaj $19,5M luxury mansion

Finally, Nicki Minaj has purchased a house. She resided in large homes spread out over the greater Los Angeles region for many years, from Beverly Hills to Malibu. According to records, the Grammy-winning rapper’s fabled “Starships” have crashed-landed in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley, where she paid $19.5 million for a brand-new mansion.

The enormous contemporary farmhouse, which a local developer built this year, was sold “before listing on the MLS,” according to the real estate agent. As a result, it was never given the opportunity to enter the market.

We can only go on the tax records, which state that the 12,000 square foot house has eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, as there are no images or descriptions of the home.

A separate guesthouse, a cabana near the pool, a saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi, and a Baja shelf for sunbathing are all located in the backyard. The one-acre level lot includes enough for three automobiles, lush lawns, and an abundance of privacy-enhancing landscaping.

While the main house itself has pocketing glass doors that connect to multiple patios and terraces, the upstairs master suite has a private balcony that overlooks the rear.

Minaj prefers to live in expansive, large homes. The 40-year-old singer, who was born in Trinidad and Tobago, resides with her husband in a hilltop rented home in one of the city of Calabasas’ many gated communities.

Although it is likely that Minaj, Petty, and the rest of their group will soon relocate to their larger, more opulent Hidden Hills estate, the structure they are presently residing in was constructed in the 1990s and has a Mediterranean design. It includes marble floors, more than 10,000 square feet of interior space, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms.

Formerly a bucolic Kentucky-style area full of horse farms, Hidden Hills has recently become a haven for the rich and famous seeking peace and quiet in their homes, especially well-known sports and musicians.

Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Will and Jada Smith, Lori Loughlin, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Simmons, many of the Kardashians, and the majority of the current L.A. Rams lineup reside in the area. These days, the area probably has more Ferraris and Lamborghinis than horses.

Aaron Kirman of AKG and Danielle Nisim of AKG handled the Hidden Hills listing, and Kirman and Matt Adamo of AKG represented the purchase.
