Unveiling the Pinnacle of Luxury: Explore the Former $100,000/Night Resort, the Most Expensive on Earth

The Banwa Private Island resort, which debuted in 2019 in the Philippine island of Palawan, is the most expensive resort in the entire world. Staying there costs 100,000 USD per night.

This resort has six beach houses. There are one to four beds in each unit, which may accommodate up to 48 people. Each apartment features a private infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

Using fish fished in the island’s surrounding waters and vegetables cultivated on the resort’s own organic farm, the restaurant employs a staff of chefs. The resort also offers a fully equipped gym, a spa, a tennis court, and a 9-hole golf course.

In addition, visitors to Banwa Private Island have access to kayaking, scuba diving, and tours led by some of the greatest Filipino diving instructors.

Due to the lack of light pollution, people can walk out at night and view the Milky Way in one of the best locations in the world.

Based on the time of year, the resort initially only rented out the entire region for a minimum of 3-5 nights. This indicated that a trip to this location might set you back $300,000 to $500,000 USD. However, this pricing does not account for transportation expenses like the 990 USD one-way cost of a 9-seat seaplane or the 11,580 USD round-trip cost of a 5-seat helicopter.

The island reopened in May 2021 after being closed in 2020 because to the Cvid-19 pandemic. Banwa Private Island’s nightly rate reduced to 45,000 USD. However, because a minimum 3-night stay is still required, renting the entire island would cost roughly $135,000. Individual homes can currently be rented for a minimum of three nights at a fee starting at $2,500 per night. In light of this, they still owe around $7,500.
