Unveiling DJ Khaled’s $26,000,000 Miami Mansion

Famous hip-hop producer and Snapchat personality DJ Khaled once remarked, “When you stop making excuses and work hard and go hard, you will be very successful.”

It’s cheesy, sure, but it’s also accurate, given that the millionaire is planning to buy a huge house in Florida.

Khaled, who has 4.16 million Twitter followers and 12.1 million Instagram followers, is reportedly in contract to acquire a palatial $25.9 million estate on Miami Beach, according to sources speaking to the Wall Street Journal.

It seems the deal has not been finalized, and the purchase price has not been set. Since Khaled famously Snapchatted the birth of his kid in 2016, fans can expect to see lots more behind-the-scenes footage from the new house.

Khaled, whose given name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, is receiving a roughly 13,000 square foot, five-bedroom main residence. Khaled has worked with hip-hop moguls like Kanye West and Snoop Dogg and has produced his own songs. It has a double-height lobby with a marble fireplace, a spacious kitchen with an island, and a home theater with plush seating.

There’s a pool that’s about 80 feet long, a guesthouse with four bedrooms, a pavilion with two stories, and an outdoor shower.

Michael Lerner, who made his fortune selling “Baby on Board” car signage in the 1980s, is selling the property to Khaled. In 2013, after paying $4.95 million for the plot of land, Lerner built the house. It has been said that he is leaving for Palm Beach.

Khaled’s agent, Orli Rudolph of NextHome Realty Professionals, and the home’s listing agents, Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman, both denied The Post’s requests for comment.
