Justin Bieber’s Custom ‘Floating’ Rolls-Royce Wraith Was Inspired By The 103EX Concept

A few weeks after the vehicle was initially spotted, a film describing the building of Justin Bieber’s unique Rolls-Royce Wraith by West Coast Customers was made available.

West Coast Customs, which still creates some pretty outrageous automobiles today, is perhaps best known for its involvement in the early 2000s television series Pimp My Ride. One of their most challenging projects to date is the Wraith they built for Justin Bieber.

The vehicle was influenced, according to the CEO of West Coast Customs, by the 2016 all-electric Rolls-Royce 103EX concept. In fact, Bieber wanted to buy it because he liked the way it was designed. Naturally, the British automaker would not sell their unique design concept, but West Coast Customs created a car for the famous singer that was based on the 103EX.

To produce the one-of-a-kind vehicle, West Coast Customs shrunk the Wraith by 8 inches and expanded it by 12 inches. After the design was finished, the Rolls-Royce was 3D scanned, and the specific body panels were then produced. The car was then given a final shape adjustment by the company’s bodywork specialists before being painted in a combination of silver gloss and grey matte.

The wheel covers that give the car the impression of floating are arguably the most remarkable feature of the vehicle’s construction. The cabin was extensively modified by West Coast Customs, who also installed a JL Audio radio system that is far superior than the vehicle’s factory audio system.
