Check out the $20,000,000 Malibu Mansion of a ‘Fast and Furious’ Star! Statham, Jason

Hollywood action hero Jason Statham is asking almost $20 million for his charming Malibu, California beach house. You can bet that he wants a “fast and furious” transaction.

Statham, 52, who is famous for playing the tough guy Deckard Shaw in the Fast and Furious movie, acquired the rustic, four-bedroom Pacific-front villa ten years ago.

He allegedly spent $10.6 million on the oceanfront house back in 2009. He may earn a tidy sum if he sells for anything near the asking price of $19.95 million. This amounts to an average yearly appreciation of roughly $1 million.

The home’s appeal stems partly from its breathtaking setting. Behind the locked gates of Malibu’s exclusive Colony neighborhood, “The Black House” overlooks a private beach not far from the end of a peninsula.

Tom Hanks, Sting, Robert Redford, Edward Norton, Paul Reiser, and Larry Hagman are just some of the famous people who have called The Colony home.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main home, which is 3,900 square feet in size. Its foreboding exterior is comprised of cedar shingles that have been painted black. There is a separate cottage in the garden, and it has a one-bedroom apartment over a two-car garage.

The most striking feature of this freshly refurbished property is the panoramic views it offers of the smashing Pacific Ocean from almost every room. Enjoy another beautiful California sunset from the decks, or watch surfers ride the waves at neighboring Surfrider Beach.
