Aluna 127: FDC Yachts Unveils the Splendid Second Addition to the Aluna Series

FDC Yachts of Turkey debuted the Aluna 127, the second model in the Aluna line, with a length of 39 meters. Completed in close cooperation with Red boat Design, this displacement boat serves as well in support roles or on expeditions.

FDC Yachts was responsible for the hull and detail engineering of the Aluna 127, which has a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. The inside and appearance of the seagoing yacht were both designed by Red Yacht Design.

Like her younger sibling, the Aluna 87, the Aluna 127 may act as a support boat and share the same DNA. One of her defining features is a forward-positioned superstructure that provides passengers with a surprisingly roomy aft deck.

The owners suite on the bow deck of the Aluna 127 has a big patio with his and hers baths and can sleep up to 12 people in luxury. On the boat’s lower deck, you’ll find the remaining guest bedrooms and quarters for the boat’s crew of eight.

Unique to the Aluna 127 is a space on the main deck that can accommodate a tender up to 12 meters in length. Her large deck is big enough to land a helicopter with four people on board.

Aluna 127’s two Caterpillar C18 Acert engines are designed to save fuel without sacrificing performance. She will likely be capable of 11 knots when cruising and 15 knots while at full throttle.

In April of 2022, FDC Yachts unveiled the Aluna 87 as the first boat in the series, with a 2024 delivery date projected. It will take 20 months to build the Aluna 127, but it will be released in the summer of 2025. You may buy her at Ocean Independence.
