Calvin Harris gets prepared to leave his private Beverly Hills residence by dancing.

Adam Wiles, a Scottish-born DJ, has listed his 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion with Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman, the stars of Bravo’s мιIIιоn Dollar Listing Los Angeles, for $25M.

The 117,176 square foot home was bought by Harris, 38, for $15M in 2014, according to public documents. The residence was subsequently significantly updated to create a contemporary bachelor pad. The main home, a five-car garage connected to a movie theater, a security office, a detached gym, and the two-story guest house that Harris utilized as two different recording studios will all now be acquired by the new owner along with some very opulent facilities distributed over five different buildings.

The majority of the living areas in the main house include herringbone hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and vaulted ceilings. A stone staircase connects the levels.

The kitchen is located on the main level and has two islands, modern equipment, a breakfast area, and a glassed-in wine cellar. There is also a complete bar elsewhere in the home.

The main suite has twin bathrooms, two walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, and a sitting space with a fireplace. The bedroom has easy access to the backyard’s grassy area as well as the outside.

According to the description, the backyard is “an entertainer’s dream.” The roomy outdoor space, which overlooks the mountains and has a huge pool and spa, a fire pit, a patio with plenty of seating, and a bespoke pergola with bar seating and a grill, is ideal for taking advantage of California’s year-round weather.

There are also many gardens, a basketball court, and a solar dome on the 2.7-acre site.

Harris had already listed one of his residences in Los Angeles for sale. After four years on the market, he sold a micro-compound above the Sunset for $7M in 2020 (the record producer bought the house in April 2013 and put it on the market for just under $10M in January 2016).

The Sunset mansion was similar to his Beverly Hills home in that it included a cutting-edge screening room, a roomy master bedroom, a two-story guest house, and a stunning patio with a pool and fireplace.
