Anyone wishing to be able to buy a Bellevue two-story treehouse from Russell Wilson and Ciara for $36 million by Denver Broncos

Super Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks dual-threat quarterback Russell Wilson and moniker fashion model/R&B singer Ciara have advertised their Bellevue, Washington, property for $36 million after being traded to the Denver Broncos.

Wilson, who was once the highest-paid player in the NFL and made $35 million a year in his final years with the Seahawks, and the “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer are trying to triple their money on the sale of their two-parcel waterfront mansion. Wilson is also a tireless entrepreneur and committed philanthropist. The two plots were bought for $13.4 million in two separate transactions, one in 2015, the year before they got married, and the other in 2019.

The two parcels are listed separately by Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. The main house property is listed for $28 million, while the next plot with a detached garage and sports court is listed for $8 million.

The combined size of the two properties is roughly 1.9 meticulously maintained acres that slope down to 270 feet of breathtaking Lake Washington beachfront. The opulent main mansion was built in 2007 on a hilltop with views of the city and water.

Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms are located in just over 11,000 square feet on three floors, and they are all served by an elevator and a dramatic wrought iron circular staircase.

Highlights include a 20-foot entrance, two formal dining rooms, and a black library/office. Corinthian columns with groin vaults divide the large space. On one side is a sizable kitchen with elaborately carved bone-white woodwork.

At least four exquisitely carved stone fireplaces, antique Southeast Asian carved wood doors, and a circular dining bay off the great room with views of downtown Seattle’s lake are still there.

The lavish bathroom in the main bedroom is painted in several shades of purple velvet, from plum to violet to eggplant, and features a garden tub and a cedar sauna.

The lavish suite’s 200 square feet of custom closet space and “Hollywood-worthy glam room” significantly up the extravagance.

A comfortable, wood-paneled movie room and a games lounge are also on the newly remodeled bottom floor.

A two-story treehouse in the backyard that has a faux-fur rug, leather chair, and flat-screen TV is more suitable for adults than children. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the city and the water.
