Exploring Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s Serene Beverly Hills Retreat: A Stylish Haven of Transition!

While the Canadian singer-songwriter, now 26, may think that it’s never too late to “say sorry,” he can no longer make a profit on the sale of his Beverly Hills mansion. Originally listed in March for $9 million, the unique contemporary-traditional home fusion just sold for just under $8 million, nearly $500,000 less than what Bieber spent for the property only three years ago. TMZ was the first to report the trade.

The Bieber mansion is situated on a quiet street in the exclusive Benedict Canyon area of 90210, close to the Beverly Hills Hotel and the nearby $10 million house owned by Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos. This building, measuring in at 6,100 square feet, went erected in 1932. In 2018, a massive extension and makeover transformed the once-ordinary traditional institution into something entirely new.

The walled and gated property has a private entrance courtyard with olive trees shading pea gravel and is monitored by security cameras. The living room on the main level is outfitted with a marble fireplace and glass French doors that open out to the courtyard, and the flooring are made of wide-plank parquet.

Stylishly outfitted with handcrafted rift wood cabinets, SubZero and Wolf equipment, and a marble island, the kitchen is conveniently located next to the living area. The formal dining room has more conventional casement windows that look out into a garden, but both spaces benefit from the bespoke Steelcase windows.

The wine cellar, with its golden bar and lighted shelving reminiscent of Art Deco, is the most striking room. There are reportedly five bedrooms and seven bathrooms at the property, with the master suite including a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and enormous walk-in closet.

The 0.20-acre property has a well-landscaped rear with a sparkling pool, an outdoor cabana with a fireplace, lush banana plants, and a small patch of grass for Fido to relieve himself.

Despite their massive financial loss, Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin are still living it up. The couple just spent $25.8 million for a house in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood, perched high above the city of Beverly Hills in its own guarded enclave. In addition to Denzel Washington and Magic Johnson, other famous people who live in this area include Samuel L. Jackson, Rod Stewart, and Magic Johnson.
