Michael B. Jordan’s Stunning Encino Mansion Lists for $12.995 Million

The eight-bedroom, almost 12,300-square-foot estate, as described by Mr. Mortaza and his associate Bryan Castaneda, is located in Encino’s exclusive Royal Estates neighborhood.

In May of 2022, Mr. Jordan forked up $12.51 million buying the home and spent another $500,000 upgrading the HVAC and security systems.

The house was constructed in 2021 and has a glass-enclosed wine room, a home theater with a snack bar, a gym with a hot tub, and an elevator. The master bedroom has two big, separate closets. He claims that this has the greatest “wow” impact on tourists.

Mr. Mortaza claims that the roughly half acre property has a cabana with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a separate massage area, and a two-story guesthouse. He said he couldn’t fathom why Mr. Jordan would want to sell.

Starring in and directing “Creed III,” Mr. Jordan follows up his roles in “Creed” and “Black Panther” with a new film later this year. He also played a key role in the establishment of Obsidianworks, a marketing agency.

The typical sales price of a home in Encino was around $1.18 million in November, down 6.2% from the same month in 2021, as reported by real estate brokerage Redfin.
