Discover the breathtaking $36 million Bellevue mansion owned by Russell Wilson and Ciara, which includes a stunning two-story treehouse.

Russell Wilson, a former dual-threat quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, and Ciara, a famous fashion model and R&B singer, have put their blufftop Bellevue, Washington, mansion on the market for a staggering $36 million.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, who is also a tireless businesswoman and devoted philanthropist, and Wilson, who once held the title of highest-paid player in the NFL and made about $35 million annually during his final seasons with the Seahawks, are hoping to nearly triple their wealth from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. The two residences were purchased in two distinct transactions, the first in 2015, the year before their wedding, and the second in 2019, for a combined cost of $13.4 million, according to the documents.

According to listings owned by Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co., the two parcels are also offered separately. The lot containing the primary residence is priced at $28 million, while the lot including the attached garage and the sports court is priced at $8 million.

Nearly 1.9 acres of beautifully planted ground are included in the two parcels together, and they slope down to 270 feet of superb Lake Washington coastline. The extravagantly decorated main house was built in 2007 on a bluff with views of the city and water.

A little over 11,000 square feet, spread across three stories, are home to six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two powder rooms, a spectacular circular staircase with wrought iron accents, and an elevator.

Other features include a spacious foyer with a 20-foot ceiling, two formal dining rooms, and a black-painted library/office.

The large chamber is divided by a room with a groin roof supported by fluted Corinthian columns. A big kitchen with intricately carved bone-white cabinets is situated on one side and is arranged around a 14-foot-long, double-wide island.

There are antique Southeast Asian carved wood doors throughout, at least four elaborately carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room with expansive vistas over the lake toward the Seattle downtown skyline.

The master suite is awash in various shades of purple velvet, from plum to violet to eggplant, and the bathroom is lavishly appointed with a garden tub and cedar sauna, so as to maximize the blufftop vistas.

But it’s the 200 square feet of custom closet space and the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” that truly amp up the suite’s decadence.
