Hemsworth Brothers Say Goodbye to Contemporary Malibu Retreat: A Sneak Peek into the Exquisite Getaway!

According to Mansion Global, the Hemsworth brothers just made $4.25 million from the sale of their ultra-modern Malibu mansion.

The four-bedroom, white-stucco home sits at the foot of the Santa Monica Mountains. Actors Liam (30), Chris (37) and Luke (40), who are brothers, reportedly purchased the home as a relaxing getaway.

The ad, handled by Eric Haskell of The Agency, describes the property as a “modern hacienda” with views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean, as well as horse stables in the area.

Since the sale just occurred recently, official records do not reflect any information about the buyer other than the fact that Compass representatives Chris Cortazzo and Susan Saul acted as their agents.

Public documents show that the Hemsworths paid $3.45 million via a trust to acquire the home in 2016. They put the home up for sale in September for $4.9 million.

The Hemsworth brothers—Liam, Chris, and Luke—are all actors.

The home cinema, which can also serve as a family room, is just one of the features that the ad claims is suited for a trio of Hollywood A-listers. The open kitchen has commercial-grade equipment and quartz worktops and there is a wine cellar that can hold 750 bottles.

The 4,600 square foot house has a modern open floor design, but in the event of an evacuation, the kitchen can be closed off from the dining area by closing the floor-to-ceiling shutters. The property also has modern touches like marble bathroom finishes, polished concrete flooring, and tall walls perfect for showcasing artwork.

Pictures show a lovely deck with outdoor seating and a spectacular view of the mountains beyond the property’s 1.3 acre size.

Due to the plague in their home country of Australia, the Hemsworth brothers have apparently sold their Malibu mansion and bought several properties in the beachside community of Byron Bay, Queensland.
