Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s $25.8M Mansion: An Envy-Worthy Abode

18 months ago, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin spent millions buying a huge estate in the celebrity-filled 90210 neighborhood of Beverly Hills.

Beverly Park, a guard-gated neighborhood in the foothills above Beverly Hills where other residents include Sofia Vergara, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, and various members of the Saudi royal family, is where the new Bieber-Baldwin residence can be found.

The home was constructed in the late 1980s, and according to public records, it sold in 2015 for $16.5 million. Dubai-based property developer Danny Lubert refurbished and resold the building for an enormous profit.

For the last two years, you may get your hands on the current iteration for a starting price of $42 million. After many large price reductions and a change of realtors, Bieber and Baldwin finally settled on the asking price of $25.8 million.

The 11,000 square foot property on 2.5 acres is said to include seven bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, and all the other luxuries one would expect at this price point.

A curved staircase and checkerboard black-and-white stone floors grace the two-story grand foyer.

The family room connects to the chef’s kitchen, which has stainless steel equipment, and the living room features a large black fireplace. French doors and custom shelving are standard in any good library.

The upper master bedroom has a sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows that give way to a tiny terrace with views of the mountains. There is a walk-in closet where one may store valuable stuff, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and a chandelier.

The residence also has a gym and a theater with captain’s chairs upholstered in cobalt blue velour. Outside, you’ll find a covered loggia, outdoor fireplace, pool with an infinity edge, soccer-sized grass, and tennis court.

Near the Bieber-Baldwins’ new home in Beverly Park’s “South” section are the residences of such celebrities as Samuel L. Jackson, Magic Johnson, and Prince Alex von Furstenberg, the heir apparent to Barry Diller’s multibillion dollar wealth.

Bieber owned a Tuscan-style property in Calabasas, which he sold to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian for $7.2 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2016.

Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman’s Altman Brothers team represented Bieber and Baldwin.
