Explore the unique mansion of ‘Fast & Furious’ star Tyrese Gibson

Observe Tyrese Gibson’s unusual home, the star of Fast X.

The unremarkable, tan-colored Mediterranean-style house in Woodland Hills, California, that Atlanta-based singer and actor Tyrese Gibson has listed for a tetch under $2.9 million, more than twice what he paid shortly after it was built 11 years ago, is almost no one passing by would notice or look at it twice.

.

Since the late 1990s, the singer of “Sweet Lady” and “How You Gonna Act Like That” has released six albums and sold 3.7 million copies, according to online estimates. He had greater success in three “Transformers” films and five “Fast & Furious” films. Together with Jared Leto, he will appear in the “Spider-Man” spinoff “Morbius” and two additional “Fast & Furious” movies. He transitioned from singing to acting.

Gibson’s not quite half-acre parcel has four structures, including the main house, which has five bedroom suites, including a primary suite with two walk-in closets and a terrace, and 5.5 bathrooms. It was first discovered on Zillow Gone Wild and is for sale through “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group.

Although the main home’s enormous double-height combination living room and entrance, with its much larger curved staircase and curlicued wrought-iron railings, is opulent, the majority of it is a typical affluent suburban structure that can easily accommodate a large family.

The large living area contains a baby grand piano, white slipcovered furniture, and a black fireplace.

The home theater contains brown microsuede chairs and a huge, high-end kitchen that extends to a dining area and family room.

Most bathrooms, including the master, have medium-brown wood cabinetry and beige tiles. The house’s back is another carnival.

A large yellow Transformer governs a fire pit with a circular built-in bench and patriotic red, white, and blue cushions. (Gibson’s Atlanta mansion has a similar monument.)

An Asian-inspired poolside pavilion contains an outdoor kitchen, built-in grilling station and bar with cherry-red worktops, a half-bath, and a full Benihana-style Teppanyaki setup behind shoji screens.
