The Wall Street Journal reports that Elon has purchased more than 3,500 acres of property south of Austin, Texas. The majority of the area will be used for farming and grazing. About four times the size of New York City’s Central Park.

According to the article, his goal is to build “a sort of Texas utopia along the Colorado River, where his employees could live and work.”

According to reports, he intends to construct the city in close proximity to existing SpaceX and Boring Co. Modular dwellings, an outdoor sports area, a fitness center, and a swimming pool have already been built on the property.

A welcome sign reads, “Welcome, snailbrook, Texas, established in 2021.” Some rumors claim that Elon’s Boring Co.’s mascot, Snailbrook, will serve as the town’s official name.

Elon isn’t working on the town by himself, but the people he’s consulting for guidance are making headlines. According to reports, the billionaire is often consulting with his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children, Grimes.

According to reports, he has also discussed the plans with Kanye West. Last year, Ye’s popularity plummeted when he made several anti-semitic and anti-black comments. Kanye lost his position as a billionaire when his companies, particularly his long-running connection with Adidas, began to fail.

Elon’s choice to include Kanye in his new venture has been met with suspicion due to the rapper’s current legal and financial troubles.
