Rap Sensation Polo G Secures an Incredible Bargain on a New Southern California Mansion

If the rapper Polo G “pops out” of a grand Mediterranean estate in Chatsworth, California, neighbors shouldn’t be alarmed. The artist, whose real name is Taurus Tremani Bartlett, just paid $4,885,000 for a brand-new estate. Polo G was also successful in getting a fantastic deal on the property. It was first put up for sale in October 2018 for $6.2 million, but over the following three years, the price has been steadily decreased. The rapper must have made a bid when the cost dropped to $5 million in December 2020.

The 22-year-old rapper has plenty of room to spread out in the house, which was finished in 2018. The 1,75-acre property’s 10,825 square foot house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Traditional luxury are used in the estate’s furnishings. It has a grand staircase with elaborate iron handrails and beautiful, bespoke porcelain flooring in its imposing doorway.

Just off the entrance are a high ceiling living room with French doors and a custom-built bar area with a wine cabinet.

A large great room with dining and family areas is located further into the residence. It leads to a massive chef’s kitchen with a large centre island with breakfast bar seating, stainless steel Viking appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops.

There is a game room on the main floor for recreation. When it is time to get down to business, there is also an office.

The preponderance of bedrooms are located on the second floor. Included are a capacious master suite in a turret-like structure with an abundance of arched windows, a balcony overlooking the grounds, and a bathroom of comparable size.

Outside, there are expansive covered terraces, a pool and spa, and a tennis court that is fully illuminated.
