Arsenio Hall Enjoys the Luxurious Rewards of a Spacious Villa After 66 Years of Dedication to His Career

Arsenio Hall has, as one might anticipate, chosen to list his amenity-rich estate in the Tarzana section of the San Fernando Valley for sale given that he recently spent $5.2 million on a modern farmhouse-style home in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles.

The 66-year-old actor, comedian, and former talk show host is apparently asking just under $5.3 mιllιon for the contemporary mansion, which is significantly less than the $1 mιllιon he reportedly paid “NCIS” actor Sean Murray for it little over a year ago, not long after it was first constructed.

He became well-known for his work on the 1989–1994 television series “The Arsenio Hall Show,” as well as for his roles in the movies “Coming to America” and “Harlem Nights.”

A white stucco and dark brown-trimmed structure with a wide motorcourt and three-car garage is hidden behind walls and gates on a level parcel of land of more than a third of an acre.

The two-story, 6,500 square foot home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and features hardwood flooring, high ceilings, sophisticated lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass sliding doors. The 12-foot-tall twin entrance doors can be used to enter.

A living area that is accentuated by a linear fireplace that is hidden behind a wood accent wall is connected to a formal dining room with doors leading to a covered terrace that is perfect for outdoor entertainment.

The main entry has a floating staircase that hides a wine closet. Custom cabinetry, two sizable quartz islands with cascading edges, top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, and a walk-in pantry are all features of the adjacent gourmet kitchen.

The residence also has a theater room and a space that can serve as both an office and a lounge. The large master bedroom upstairs has a marble fireplace, a private balcony, two walk-in closets, and a sizeable bathroom with a separate wet area with a soaking tub and shower.

The major feature of the home is the turf-covered backyard, which has a zero-edge pool, a Jacuzzi with a Baja ledge, a sport court, a barbeque and kitchen setup, and a fire pit. Two guesthouses, one of which is now being used as a gym, Control4 automation, and solar panel systems are also present.
