Exploring Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s Serene Beverly Hills Retreat: Stylish Haven of Transition!

Although the 26-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter may feel that it’s never too late to “say sorry,” he can no longer sell his Beverly Hills property for a profit. The unusual modern-traditional mansion, which was originally listed in March for $9 million, just sold for just under $8 million, for about $500,000 less than Justin Bieber paid for it just three years prior. The trade was initially reported by TMZ.

The Justin Bieber home is located on a quiet street in the upscale Benedict Canyon neighborhood of 90210, adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel and the $10 million home that Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon, owns nearby. This 6,100 square foot structure was constructed in 1932. The formerly commonplace classic institution underwent a significant expansion and renovation in 2018 to become something completely different.

The fenced and gated property is guarded by security cameras and features a private entrance courtyard with olive trees that provide shade for pea gravel. The living room on the main level has wide-plank parquet flooring, a marble fireplace, and glass French doors that lead out to the courtyard.

The kitchen is next to the living area and is stylishly furnished with handcrafted rift wood cabinets, SubZero and Wolf appliances, and a marble island. Both spaces benefit from the custom Steelcase windows, even though the formal dining room has more typical casement windows that overlook a garden.

The most remarkable space is the wine cellar, which features a golden bar and illuminated shelving that is reminiscent of Art Deco. The house is said to have five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a master suite with a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and a sizable walk-in closet.

The rear of the 0.20-acre property is well maintained and features a dazzling pool, an outdoor cabana with a fireplace, thick banana trees, and a small patch of grass for Fido to relieve himself.

Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin are still having a good time despite suffering a significant financial loss. The couple recently paid $25.8 million for a home in Beverly Park, a posh area located above Beverly Hills in its own gated community. Along with Samuel L. Jackson, Rod Stewart, and Magic Johnson, other well-known residents of this area are Denzel Washington and Magic Johnson.
