Unveiling Jimmy Butler’s Extravagant $7.45 Million Miami Mansion

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Miami Heat player Jimmy Butler has acquired a new home in the city. The price tag for the star forward who made it to the all-star game was a kingly $7.45 мIIon.

Butler, as was previously known, is in the market for a new home. According to reports, he parted ways with his former Miami property and its $7,1,000,000 asking price in 2021. The buyer, who had originally purchased the spread in 2019 for $4.5 mln, made a tidy profit on the deal.

He doesn’t need money, of course. The six-time All-Star re-upped with the Heat last year for four more years and $184 million.

It would seem that “Jimmy Buckets” has moved in conjunction with his new contract, maybe in search of a quieter environment in which to recharge his batteries between games.

The European-style house is one of twelve in the exclusive Stonegate community in Miami. The ad boasts that the house is at “the best location in Miami.” There is a park and tennis court for residents to use.

The 6,148-square-foot home was built in 2000 and contains six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

There are high ceilings, sophisticated fixtures, and oak hardwood flooring. The layout has a gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas, several fireplaces, a study, and a bar. A three-car garage is featured as well.
