Anthony Davis Sells Westlake Village Mansion for $6.6 Million

According to the Los Angeles Times, NBA All-Star Anthony Davis sold his trophy home in Westlake Village, California, for $6.6 million. The Los Angeles Lakers center allowed a defeat to occur. According to realtor.com, the enormous home last changed hands for $7,479,000 in 2018.

According to reports, Davis acquired the property while he was still a member of the New Orleans Pelicans. Then, this spring, he tried to sell the house for less than $8 million.

In October, he reduced the price to $7.5 million, and it was sold at an even lower price before the end of the year, leaving Davis with a rare loss—at least in real estate.

The guard-gated North Ranch Country Club Estates residence, measuring 15,815 square feet, features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The 1996 construction of the modern Mediterranean has undergone various alterations.

Unmistakably designed with a basketball star in mind, the structure. A full indoor court and a sports gym are included in the design.

The layout includes formal living and dining rooms, and the majestic, two-story entrance is accessed via a vehicle court. A recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, two islands, and a pantry is next to a breakfast nook. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and a fireplace.

Additional notable features include the home cinema, office, amusement room, wine cellar, and separate guesthouse.

The 2.33-acre property has two slides, a spa, and a pool with an infinity edge. Sundecks, an underground trampoline, a covered outdoor kitchen, and well-kept grass are all part of the grounds’ resort-style design.

Additional comforts include solar panels, smart home technology, and outside security cameras. A four-car garage completes the building.

But “The Brow” is protected from the elements by a roof. He has reportedly been paying a high $50,000 monthly fee for an opulent Bel-Air residence, according to TMZ. On his properties, which include a six-bedroom baller house in a gated enclave, he seems to like having a basketball court, gym, and gourmet kitchen.

The New Orleans Hornets (now Pelicans), who selected Davis when he was 27 years old, made him a native of Chicago. The seven-time All-Star was also named the All-Star Game MVP in 2017. He joined the Lakers in 2019, and they won the NBA championship in 2020 with his help.
