Lil Wayne has supposedly opted to set down real estate roots in Los Angeles, after spending the most of last year in a leased Hollywood Hills house with his now-ex-girlfriend Denise Bidot. Rapper 38 spent $15.4 million for a mansion in Hidden Hills, a gated community in the San Fernando Valley where many famous people live, including Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and many members of the Kardashian family, as reported by TMZ.

The Weeknd’s $22 million Hidden Hills property, which has been on the market since the summer of last year, is located just across the street from Weezy’s new home.

The 2019 hilltop property was built by a regional contractor, and it has a main home with more than 10,000 square feet of space, as well as a separate, mini-me-style guesthouse on a pad below the main house. Over three acres of land, covered with olive trees and rolling lawns, make up the whole of the property. White picket fences and horse pathways surround the property, a tribute to Hidden Hills’ equestrian past and present, where over half of the locals still keep horses on their ranches.

Huge windows can be found in almost every room, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the house. The family room features glass sliding doors that open onto a patio, and the breakfast nook is surrounded by windows on three sides.

There’s also a cinema theater with a galaxy ceiling, like a Rolls-Royce, a fitness center with French doors out to a loggia, and a blacked-out wet bar with a flat-screen television.

Large outside areas for eating and socializing are serviced by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue center. In addition to a basketball court and tennis courts, there is a swimming pool with a spa built right into the edge.

On the second story, you’ll find five unique flats, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom’s color palette is muted, and it has a fireplace framed in marble. The bedroom has a separate sitting space surrounded by windows, the main bathroom has a picture window and a steam shower, and there is a walk-in closet right next to the bathroom.

The guesthouse, which has its own little driveway, is equipped with a small kitchen and a comfortable sitting area.
