After several years of being on and off the market, and while it was also a rental property throughout that time, Rihanna finally sold her Hollywood Hills residence.
The Mediterranean-inspired property, which was initially listed for just under $7.5 million in December 2018 and floated for lease throughout the years at a pricey $35,000 per month, has since been sold to an unnamed buyer in an off-market deal for just under $6.6 million, or about $250,000 less than she paid for it five years ago, in the summer of 2017.
The modern stucco and terracotta-roofed building was built in 2015 on a roughly half-acre land positioned high above the busy Sunset Strip. It was built on spec. It is located on a roughly half-acre parcel and is hidden by fences and lush greenery.
