Rihanna’s Extravagant Purchase: A $13.8 Million Modern Farmhouse with a Luxurious Courtyard

There’s little doubt that Rihanna’s new Beverly Hills residence is more dazzling than a “Diamond.”

Forbes said that between 2018 and 2019, the founder of Fenty Beauty went from being worth $210 million to being worth $600 million, and that she spent a stunning $13.8 million on a mansion that combined traditional and modern elements.

The Real Deal claims that her most recent residence is the priciest of her properties.

A contemporary farmhouse in the Beverly Hills Post Office area is where Rihanna and her “FourFiveSeconds” co-producer Paul McCartney call home, according to Dirt.

The property was originally constructed in 1938, but after a major renovation, it now has a stylish and modern style that would make any prospective buyer swoon.

The main home and the guest house are separated by a magnificent outdoor patio and a green central courtyard.

The master bathroom is decked out in marble and has a freestanding tub that leads out to a patio.

Rihanna’s house has everything you need to throw a star-studded party, including an indoor/outdoor layout, pool, Jacuzzi, and fire pit.

The glass sliding doors let in plenty of natural light, exemplifying the California dream.

Stunning views of the property may be enjoyed from the gourmet chef’s kitchen, which has two marble islands and high-end equipment.

The spacious sliding pocket door in the elegant formal dining room creates a relaxing haven.

There are several features and facilities found throughout the house, including a large bar area with built-in shelving and a fireplace. The singer’s mansion has a gym, a media room, a central hall, a cabana, a breakfast nook, and more.
