Inside Wiz Khalifa’s Modern L.A. Mansion

Rapper Wiz Khalifa has changed his California real estate portfolio by putting his Los Angeles home on the market.

After a little more than three years of ownership, the artist, whose real name is Cameron Thomaz, is giving up his traditional-modern home in Encino, California. According to Dirt, the home is currently advertised for close to $4.5 million, which represents an increase of almost $1 million from his purchase price in 2019.

The home, which measures a staggering 5,875 square feet, has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. There are many elegant and sophisticated design features used throughout the house. With floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, 25-foot ceilings, exotic wood finishes, and custom lacquer cabinetry, the space welcomes guests with a dramatic floating staircase.

A 100-bottle wine bar, a home theater, a lavish pool, and a spa are just a few of the house’s luxuries. A cabana, outdoor kitchen, sports court, and outdoor patio with a wraparound balcony are just a few of the alluring outdoor amenities.

Wiz Khalifa reportedly paid $7.6 million for the modern farmhouse that is his new home. The brand-new home, which is 8,000 square feet in size, has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and even a 450 square foot guest house with a kitchenette. The house gives the artist a modern and contemporary living space and has a roomy driveway and three-car garage.

The beginning of a new phase in Wiz Khalifa’s California home endeavors is signaled by this real estate change, which reflects his changing property tastes.
