Exploring a $6.4 Million Encino Mansion with a Star-Studded Past: Home to LeBron James, Megan Fox, and More

You can’t swing a cat on a tree-lined street in one of Los Angeles’ most desirable zip codes without seeing an entertainment maven’s luxuriously decorated house. A $6.4 million gated property in posh Encino, a semi-suburban San Fernando Valley neighborhood famous with celebrities, has hosted numerous.

According to tax records, Canadian recording artist and real estate investor Betty Moon bought the popular-with-famous-folks home with her late husband almost a decade ago for $3.54 million. Lebron James, Cardi B, Megan Fox, and Machine Gun Kelly have lived there. It also appeared in “Lethal Weapon” and “NCIS: Los Angeles.”

The Mediterranean-inspired home on almost half an acre of beautiful gardens was constructed in 1960 and renovated subsequently. A double-height fireplace sitting room and formal dining room are among the home’s various living and entertainment areas beyond the fancifully curvied iron gates and driveway that encircle a three-tiered fountain.

Glass doors open to the backyard from the family room, which has a built-in video center and wet bar. The eat-in kitchen has modern stainless-steel equipment and a large island with a snack bar. Other amenities include a card/billiards room, 12-seat home theater, library/office, and gym.

The main suite has a double-sided fireplace between the sitting area and bedroom, a fitted walk-in closet, and a large marble bathroom with a built-in armoire for bath linens and amenities.
