Miami Heat’s Victor Oladipo lists luxury mansion in Miami Beach

The Miami Heat’s shooting guard Victor Oladipo missed the team’s trip to the NBA Finals due to a serious knee injury he sustained during the playoffs. He has listed his opulent 6,500 square foot Miami Beach property for $9.995 million because his long-term future in Miami is uncertain.

The home is next to the Heat’s Kaseya Center on Hibiscus Island, a private gated island south of the Venetian Islands. It has soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a big swimming pool with outdoor seats, and high-end fittings. Two walk-in closets and floor to ceiling windows with views of the island can be found in the main bedroom.

Oladipo, a budding musician, refurbished the guesthouse to add a recording studio worth $50,000, where he writes the songs for his upcoming album.

A seaside park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a 24-hour police presence are among the attractions available on Hibiscus Island. But Oladipo is currently searching for a house with more acreage, ideally one with a tennis court or a large yard where his daughter may play.

Oladipo has a two-year deal with the Heat that includes a $9.5 million player option for the following campaign. Despite being injured, he put his Miami Beach mansion up for sale in an effort to recover the $7.75 million he spent on it when he bought it in 2021 after being traded from the Houston Rockets.
