NBA Star Victor Oladipo Sells Miami Beach Mansion for $9 Million

property Global has discovered that NBA shooting guard Victor Oladipo sold his modern Miami Beach property on Tuesday for $9 million in advance of his anticipated return to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

According to selling agent Liz Hogan of Compass, the seven-bedroom home on Hibiscus Island, a man-made island in Biscayne Bay accessible exclusively through the MacArthur Causeway, was the costliest non-waterfront transaction on the enclave.

She claimed that the transaction proved there was a “strong and growing demand” for high-end housing in the region. Property prices are rising and new construction is planned because of the influx of wealthy purchasers and developers.

Located on a spacious corner lot, this glass-enclosed house has an open layout, modern furnishings, and a bigger footprint than other homes on the island.

The description describes the home as having a spa-like master bathroom and two walk-in closets in addition to high ceilings, a feature staircase, a gaming room, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line equipment, a living area with a statement wood wall, and a gourmet kitchen.

Oladipo spent $50,000 remodeling the guest house into a recording studio, according to Hogan. The estate also has an outdoor kitchen, a huge pool, and lots of room for socializing, lounging, and eating al fresco.

Oladipo, who is now 31, played for the Miami Heat for two seasons before being moved to the Oklahoma City Thunder in July.

According to PropertyShark, he purchased the ultra-modern property in the spring of 2021 for $7.75 million and has lived there ever since. Hogan said that the transaction had nothing to do with his professional standing.

Hibiscus Island provides its inhabitants with a number of facilities in addition to a renowned location, such as a waterfront park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a 24-hour police officer stationed at the front gate.

The buyer in this transaction was unknown to Mansion Global.
