DJ Khaled Acquires Jamaica’s Largest $39M Mansion as a Luxurious Vacation Home

In Jamaica, DJ Khaled will be moving into the lavish Rio Chico Private Estate.

Jamaican hotelier and businessman Gordon “Butch” Stewart made the announcement on Tuesday that he would be selling the building to “We The Best Music Group” CEO Michael “Mickey” Williams.

The DJ Khaled and Butch Stewart of Sandals Records don’t want me to sell you the mansion, I told them. Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts founder and chairman Adam Stewart shouted in a video posted by his son, “Another one!”

In a video uploaded on Monday, the American DJ and record producer Khaled first announced his intention to purchase the property, thanking the owners for letting him stay at their 14-acre estate and asking them to sell it to him.
