Drake Lists His Beverly Hills Megamansion for $88 Million

Drake, a Grammy Award-winning musician and actor, has erected a figurative “for sale” sign in front of his multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills residence.

A little over a year after Drake, as Aubrey Drake Graham, paid $75 million for the roughly 20-acre Tuscan-style villa, it was put on the market this week for $88 million.

He purchased the home from British singer/songwriter Robbie Williams, who had previously purchased it from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano.

The property is listed by Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, who refused to comment, as a “exquisite celebrity compound,” and is located at the end of a lengthy gated road only minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Oakwood Realty Corporation’s Marc Bretter, who is arranging the transaction for them, did not immediately return a request for comment.

The mansion has over 25,000 square feet, is located on a hilltop, and features canyon, city, and ocean vistas, making it “perfectly suited for grand-scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections,” as stated in the description.

There are seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms in the main home, as well as a formal living and dining area, a breakfast nook, a library, and two family rooms, one of which may be used as a theater.

In addition, there is a gym, a gaming room, a wine cellar, and an elevator. In addition, there are 11 parking spaces and a guest house with three bedrooms, a pool with mosaic tiles, a tennis court, an orchard, and a kitchen for the employees.

Drake, 36, is a multi-Grammy Award winner, six-time American Music Award winner, and Billboard Music Award record holder.
