Step into Kanye West’s luxurious $4.5 million mansion, right across from Kim Kardashian’s residence

The Post has confirmed that two months after Kim Kardashian entirely transferred ownership of the marital home into her name, Kanye West bought a one-story home across the street.

The modest five-bedroom, four-bath property was evidently so important to him that he paid $4.5 million for it, which is $421,000 more than the asking price.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills property was put on the market for the first time in 67 years on December 1 for $4.079 million, according to the ad, so the rapper is also in luck.

Public records show that West, 44, closed on the house through the LLC Spruce Blue Trust on December 20.

The “Donda” singer has stated a desire to “get his family back together,” but according to a source who spoke with The Post, this house purchase was mostly for the children of the former couple.

The insider said, “It’s just simple logistics so he’s close to his children and has access to them at any time.

The house will probably need some upgrades, though, as it doesn’t seem to be anything like what the Kardashian-West family is used to.

The modest residence has a floor area of about 3,600 square feet and is situated on more than an acre of property, which also contains an equestrian ranch.

The house has worn-out cabinetry and paneling made of old wood, as well as shaggy beige carpeting all over.

Among the amenities are a fireplace in the family room and sliding doors that open to see the horse paddock and pool. The house has a three-stall barn as well as a two-car attached garage with a guest apartment, according to the advertisement. The barn has a spacious horse pasture, a tack room, and hay storage.

The house was constructed in 1955 and has been beautifully maintained by the same owners ever since.

A drought-resistant AstroTurf surface was recently installed in place of the front lawn, and the existing kitchen—which has an island—was remodeled in 2005.
