Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Acquires a $36 Million Villa for Quality Time with a Special Someone

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and his wife Lauren Hashian are moving into a mansion in Beverly Park, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles.

Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Rod Stewart, and Eddie Murphy are just few of the famous people that live in this exclusive Los Angeles gated enclave. The Rock’s vast estate in Beverly Park, which includes a 15,000-square-foot main residence and a 2,500-square-foot guesthouse, is the neighborhood’s crown gem.

A mansion built in 1993 by rock musician Alex Van Halen has been on the market since early this year when Hollywood actor Paul Reiser tried to sell it. The original ad accurately called the property a “complete resort,” and that’s exactly what it is, with more than 3.6 acres of space and privacy within the neighborhood.

There is a state-of-the-art movie theater, a music studio that Van Halen built, a fully equipped gym, a tennis court big enough for professional matches, a home baseball field, an elevator, and more. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools at The Rock’s Beverly Park mansion.

The exotic allure is amplified by the Mediterranean-style architecture, which has a winding walk leading to a central fountain. The property’s authentic Tuscan atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of greenery-adorned arches, muted green window panes, prominent towers, and welcoming loggias. The inside has a full-sized central courtyard, in addition to six big bedrooms, and an amazing eleven and a half bathrooms.
