Snoop Dogg Expands His Vintage Car Collection with the Mississippi Addition

Snoop Dogg, a hip-hop legend known for both his music and his passion for classic automobiles, recently added a 1970 Buick Skylark to his extensive collection after discovering it in Gulfport, Mississippi. Because of his love for vintage cars, Snoop Dogg immediately claimed the Skylark as his own.

He contacted Spokes-N-Vogues, a car customizer in Huntsville, Alabama, through Instagram to commission a one-of-a-kind look for the ride before bringing it home. Spokes-N-Vogues’ Lee Adams said, “Snoop came out to me because he heard about the automobile in Mississippi. All of his ancestors hail from Mississippi. All of this is an attempt to reach out to the southern states.

Spokes-N-Vogues collaborated with Barnes Signs, a company situated in Madison, Alabama, to guarantee that the finished product was of the greatest quality. Barnes Signs gave the Skylark a tangerine orange chrome wrap and added neon lettering spelling out “Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told,” the name of Snoop Dogg’s 1998 album, in the trunk.

The Skylark’s customization took around a year and four months since it was such a laborious procedure. The vehicle’s interior and mechanical components were also serviced while the chrome wrap was being applied. For Lee Adams, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to work on such an exciting project.
