Offset surprised Cardi B with a $1.5 million investment property in the Dominican Republic on her 29th birthday, as the New York Post first reported.
The singer of “Bodak Yellow” said in a recent Instagram post that the West Indies rental home has been planned for some time: I’ve been trying to convince [Offset] for a long that I want to buy vacation rental properties in the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean countries, but I got the impression that he didn’t agree with me and would rather invest in other assets. Well, I was mistaken.

The four-story contemporary house is situated in a guard-gated neighborhood on a 4-acre hillside parcel near the water in the northeastern vacation town of Las Terrenas. It features six bedrooms and six baths and is over 7,000 square feet.
