To the cats! Doja Cat sold her L.A. home after just one year. She bought it in February 2021 for $2.2 million, so she’s made a little profit and is now selling it for just under $2.5 million.

The 26-year-old Los Angeles native made a few alterations to the home during her short ownership. The house is located on a quiet lane off Mulholland Drive, in the rugged hills above Beverly Hills.

To separate the driveway from the road, she built a substantial wooden gate. Cameras and alarms keep everyone safe inside.1

Doja Cat seems to have abandoned the home, since it is now staged and seemingly deserted. The Grammy winner’s TikTok and Instagram live sessions have given fans a glimpse of the lavish interiors.1

Walls of glass separate the living room from the dining area and the family room on the main floor, which also has a whitewashed fireplace in the midcentury style that may have been installed in the 1960s, when the home was built.1

There are young olive trees, a concrete deck, a heated plunge pool, and built-in seating areas on the 8,000 square foot land. Park four automobiles in the driveway and two in the garage.1
