Patrick Beverley, of the NBA, is renting out his mansion in Encino, California, for $23,000 monthly.

Patrick Beverley, an NBA standout, is not quite prepared to leave his home in California.

The Los Angeles Lakers, who were in the midst of a major makeover at the trade deadline, decided to part ways with the outspoken guard midway through the season. The three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year joined the Chicago Bulls in February. In exchange, Beverley is renting out his high-end Encino, California, residence.

PatBev’s 5-bedroom condo seems to have attracted prospective renters despite being listed for an exorbitant $23,000 a month. The spacious and airy residence, measuring in at 5,264 square feet, was constructed in the year 2020.
