Rapper Master P posted a tour of “The One,” a recently built estate, on Instagram on Wednesday.

“This is the Real American Dream,” said Master P. “What I love most about this story is how the owner started out small and built an empire. His goal is to bring about global change. He utilises this house as a way to give back in addition to using it as a place to live. When you are selfless and charitable, God will continue to bless you. It is my hope that reading this narrative may motivate and inspire you to continue pursuing your goals and dreams.

While touring the mansion’s 105,000 square feet, Master P, his two sons Romeo and Hercy, and the owner have conversations. There are hardly eleven minutes in the video. With a backyard that is more than an acre in size, the Bel-Air residence is thought to be the largest private estate in the country. Among its many amenities are a movie theatre, a bowling alley, a 30-car garage, 21 bedrooms, and 42 bathrooms.

The home was constructed and is owned by director Nile Niami. Niami starred in over a dozen B films before rising to prominence as a real estate developer, renowned for his lavish housing developments. Prominent individuals, such as Sean “Diddy” Combs, have acquired his residences.

Niami came up with the concept to build “The One” seven years ago with the intention of creating the largest, most expensive residence possible. The estate is valued over $550 million and its development was completed early this year.
