The offer of $22 million is less than the $32.5 million he was seeking for the beachfront home, but it’s more than twice what he paid for it in 2010. The three-time NBA winner turned the land into a 12,000-square-foot mansion with a private dock, movie theater, wine cellar, and pool.

The house has ten bathrooms, six bedrooms, and a master suite with a terrace and a lounge. The backyard by the water has spiral stairs, a playground, and a basketball court that was painted red and black to look like the Miami Heat, where Wade played most of his NBA career.
