The largest superyacht in the world, the Icon of the Seas, will set sail for the Caribbean on its inaugural trip in January 2024, according to Royal Caribbean International.

Michael Bayley, President & CEO of Royal Caribbean International, stated, “The Icon of the Seas will have a capacity to accommodate 5,610 passengers and will be staffed by 2,350 crew members upon its debut in the Caribbean.”

Passengers on this incredible superyacht will have access to a waterfront water park with a pool and an amazing assortment of six world-record-breaking waterslides. In addition, the Icon of the Seas will formally become a part of the Royal Caribbean fleet on October 26, 2023, ahead of its 2024 sailing season.

Modern technology is integrated throughout the superyacht, which can accommodate up to 5,600 guests, leveraging the company’s fifty years of experience in the field.

There will be an impressive six waterslides in the water park, Category 6, and seven pools and nine whirlpools on the yacht for those looking for a more laid-back experience.

In addition, the superyacht has a wide range of over 40 eating and entertainment options, most of which are part of the ticket fee.

The superyacht’s interior has 28 different accommodation categories to suit different kinds of guests, including spacious cabins with picturesque sea views ideal for travel in groups.
