The village is located in the Bernese Oberland region, Switzerland. With pristine landscapes and breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and glaciers. One of the places with the first cable car in the Alps. In 1908, the Wetterhorn cable was started. Then, in 1912, a railway was built to connect from Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch. To date, Jungfraujoch is still the highest train station in Europe and a famous tourist destination worldwide.

If you want to explore Grindelwald in the summer, there are 300km of walking paths around the town. One of the easiest routes to visit the three world-famous mountains Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau is from Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg. The challenging terrain of Grindelwald-First, Bachalpsee, and Schynige Platte is a beautiful sightseeing spot not to be missed.
