Rick Ross just bought Evander Holyfield’s mansion in Georgia including 109 rooms

Rapper Rick Ross is the new owner of Evander Holyfield’s previous mansion, which is a big change of ownership for this opulent property.

The 45,000-square-foot home in Fayetteville County, Georgia, was originally constructed in 1994. Holyfield, the former heavyweight champion, was forced to sell it to a bank for $7.5 million. It was subsequently listed for $8.2 million again. The beginning bid in an auction for the property was $2.5 million, indicating a significant price reduction from the original listing, even if Rick Ross’s actual purchase price is still unknown.

The mansion boasts a wealth of incredible features, including an indoor pool, a movie theater, and a bowling alley. With a total of 12 bedrooms, the dining room can comfortably seat up to 100 people, making it an ideal place for grand gatherings and events.

However, the opulent lifestyle offered by the mansion comes at a cost. According to reports, Holyfield mentioned that it cost him approximately $1 million annually just to maintain the property, with electricity bills alone totaling around $17,000.

Despite the hefty operational expenses, Rick Ross now enjoys the lavish amenities and grandeur of this former boxing legend’s estate, adding another noteworthy property to his real estate portfolio.
