Recently, Dwayne Johnson paid $27.8 million for a beautiful Beverly Park home that used to belong to comedian Paul Reiser.

Johnson, who is 48 years old and could run for president, quietly closed on the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom home on April 6 in a deal that wasn’t advertised.

The house sits on a flat 3.67-acre lot and is thought to be the largest home in the exclusive Beverly Park neighbourhood, where famous people like Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, and Rod Stewart live.

There are several gates on the very private estate that make it easy to get in and out of the grounds.

It covers an amazing 17,630 square feet and has every possible amenity, such as a tennis court, an indoor pool, a large gym, a baseball field, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theatre and a lift.

The long road with olive trees runs along a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighbourhood high in the mountains above Beverly Hills and goes to a motor court. The park has many old trees, pretty walks, and “hidden sanctuaries.”

Johnson put his fancy horse farm on the outskirts of Atlanta on the market in January, but no one has made him an offer.

From films like “Ballers,” “Jumanji,” and the “Fast & Furious” series, he was known as Hollywood’s highest-paid star.

He married Lauren Hashian in 2019 and the two of them have kids together. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
